What counts as one credit?
One credit covers a complete workflow: sending the invite link, the client completing the voice interview, and generating all website copy pages for that client.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits sit in your account until you use them — buy in bulk when it makes sense for your workload.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes, at any time from your agency billing dashboard. There is no subscription or minimum commitment.
What if the client doesn't finish the interview?
A credit is only consumed when you trigger content generation. If a client's interview is incomplete, no credit is deducted.
